I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had a combination of Western style beds and Japanese futon beds, which unfortunately had a terrible smell. The service was helpful with small requests but became strict and unpleasant when I asked to change meals to Chinese dinner instead of Japanese due to a lot of misunderstandings. The location, while comfortable and close to the station and a luxury restaurant, was a little far from the town center and main sightseeing areas. The dining next to each other was highlight but not worth the high price tag.
